All classes, memberships and workshops are non-refundable as per our policy.Can I get class or workshop credit if I need to cancel?

We will explore how breath-work allows for flow and engagement throughout spin pole sequences. We will move through the mechanics of each transition, gradually building up toward personalization and progressions. We will explore stillness and micro-movements in each position of the sequence. Learn a foundational movement sequence focused on slow, deliberate movements that enhance body awareness and open new pathways for expression.
Deepen breath awareness, allowing you to connect more deeply with your body as you flow.
Set the stage for your own unique exploration, guiding you through freestyle prompts that encourage you to engage with the learnt sequence + discover your own individual movements.
Learn to navigate your flow around the Pole with intention, curiosity, and creativity - fostering a personal and fluid dance experience.
2nd PULSE
Discover advanced freestyle techniques that play with dynamics and levels, allowing for a more expressive and varied approach to movement.
Revisit the foundational sequence while integrating new layers of complexity + partner work, encouraging you to experiment with interactions and flows.
Push your boundaries further, enhancing your personal style and connection with others.
On-Going Pulse..
After each PULSE session you will leave with a cohesive learning experience that has strengthened + expanded your Freestyle skills. With 1st Pulse you will leave with a strong awareness of your inner body, and with the 2nd Pulse you will grow to comfortably explore dynamic Freestyle expressions, on your own and with a partner.
Concluding the full PULSE journey, you will leave with a richer understanding of your body’s potential and a deeper connection to your Freestyle and authentic movement expression.
Duration: 9th and 10th of November - 2hrs each day.
